Job Description:
You will own end-to-end testing delivery across manual and automation streams to ensure software quality, compliance, and release confidence.
Define and drive test strategy, test plans, and QA processes
Lead manual and automation testing teams
Oversee test scenarios, test cases, test data, and execution
Ensure full coverage across functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing
Manage defect tracking, triage, and resolution with development teams
Monitor QA metrics, test coverage, and defect leakage
Ensure smooth SIT/QA to UAT handover with complete logs and results
Drive automation strategy and regression suite maintenance
Conduct defect/root cause analysis and phase reviews
Enforce QA standards, governance, and delivery discipline
Job Requirements:
8–12+ years in software testing / QA
Proven experience leading QA teams and testing activities
Strong SDLC, STLC, and Agile knowledge
Hands-on with Jira, Selenium, Appium, Sauce Labs
API testing experience with Postman or SoapUI
SQL and database validation knowledge
Experience across web, mobile, and automation testing
Insurance domain exposure preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
