🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and execute automation scripts for web & mobile platforms (Selenium, Appium)

Own the full QA lifecycle: from static testing to defect triage, regression, and release readiness
-
Build test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks that scale
-
Work in Agile/Scrum teams, syncing closely with development and UAT teams
-
Perform end-to-end verification through both UI and backend DB validation
-
Ensure full compliance with testing standards, traceability, and reporting
-
Lead SIT-to-UAT handoffs, facilitate defect triage sessions, and manage quality metrics
✅ Your Skill Set

3–5 years in QA automation testing
-
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Sauce Labs, Jira
-
Excellent in writing and maintaining regression and functional automation scripts
-
Good knowledge of Web & Mobile testing, plus backend/database validation
-
Familiar with Agile and SDLC methodology

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
-
Bonus: Familiarity with insurance domain (Life or General)
