We’re seeking a Finance Leader—either at Assistant or Senior Manager level—who can take full ownership of day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and fiscal strategy. If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working directly with directors, bankers, and auditors, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Oversee daily finance and accounting operations
🧾 Manage timely submission of full set accounts and monthly closing activities
📅 Review journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy of financial schedules
💰 Monitor cash & investment balances, and perform cash flow forecasting
📈 Prepare insightful financial analysis for leadership and stakeholders
🏦 Liaise with bankers for FX rates, borrowing management, and compliance
📚 Collaborate with auditors and company secretary to meet statutory requirements
🛠️ Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes & improve efficiency
👥 Lead, coach, and manage account assistants to deliver high performance
🧾 Support administrative functions such as tax registrations
📌 Perform any other duties as required to support business needs
✅ Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
💼 Minimum 5 years' experience in finance/accounting roles
📊 Strong command of Microsoft Excel (advanced level required)
🧠 Solid knowledge of accounting principles, standards & regulations
💻 Familiarity with AutoCount Accounting Software is a plus
🗣️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
✅ Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
