📊 Monitoring & Performance Management
🔹 Configure & manage Splunk and Geneos tools to monitor system health
🔹 Optimize alerting and proactive performance dashboards
🤖 Automation & Scripting
🔹 Build Python and Shell scripts for automation and log analysis
🔹 Drive monitoring efficiencies through scripting
🚨 Incident Detection & Resolution
🔹 Proactively detect, analyze, and resolve system alerts
🔹 Improve root cause detection through smart dashboards and alerts
⚙️ Tool Configuration & Optimization
🔹 Customize and tune ITRS Geneos Gateway for efficient event processing
🔹 Collaborate with infra and app teams to improve system visibility
✅ Requirements:
💼 3–5 years of hands-on experience in monitoring & service automation
🔧 Mandatory experience with:
✔️ Splunk (configuration, dashboards, alerting)
✔️ ITRS Geneos Gateway (monitoring, tuning, scripting)
💻 Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
🖥️ Strong working knowledge of Unix/Linux OS
