We’re seeking a Sourcing Leader with strong experience in direct & indirect procurement and vendor engagement. This role requires a Mandarin-speaking professional who can manage sourcing processes, negotiate effectively, and translate business needs into procurement solutions while delivering high-level stakeholder satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📦 Execute end-to-end operational procurement activities
📌 Handle sourcing requests (RFI, RFQ, RFP) aligned with business needs
🔍 Assess and determine sourcing strategies using category buying guides
🤝 Engage with vendors & internal stakeholders to fulfill sourcing requirements
📝 Draft, review, and process relevant purchasing documentation
📢 Provide regular updates on procurement progress, status, and outcomes
🧩 Understand and translate user requirements into procurement specifications
💬 Lead sourcing activities with effective communication and negotiation
✅ Required Qualifications & Experience:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree (Business-related field)
📅 5–8 years of professional experience in procurement or sourcing roles
🌏 Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) – Must Have
🧠 Strong grasp of direct and indirect sourcing processes
📑 Familiar with procurement operations, vendor management, and sourcing documentation
📢 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
