🧩 Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA/testing team, driving excellence and efficiency

Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks

Oversee all testing activities including functional, security, and performance

Manage manual & automated tools (Selenium, JMeter, QTP, etc.)

Monitor test progress, ensure defect tracking and issue resolution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with business goals

Coach and mentor testers while promoting a continuous improvement culture

Track KPIs and deliver insights to stakeholders and senior management
-
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across multiple QA initiatives

Ensure traceability and full documentation of all QA processes
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

10+ years in IT testing, including 5+ years in a leadership role

Expert in automated & manual testing methodologies and tools
-
Experienced in test design, execution, and environment setup

Skilled in performance, security & integration testing

Familiar with tools like JIRA, TestRail, ALM for test management

Strong grasp of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) workflows and QA integration

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive project success

Proven success managing multiple test projects across diverse teams

Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders

ISTQB / Agile Testing certification is a plus
