• Provide daily support for Java-based applications (BAU)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Java applications and services

• Participate in code reviews, testing (SIT/UAT/VAPT), and debugging

• Prepare and maintain Detail Level Design Documents (DLD)

• Plan releases and deployments with proper documentation

• Monitor source code changes with Git/version control best practices

• Align your work with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall SDLC methodologies

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 10+ years in software development (Java-focused), ideally in banking or enterprise environments

• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and understanding of internals like classloading, memory, and transactions

• Experience with Spring MVC, JSF, Wicket, GWT, Hibernate, JPA2

• Solid knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and ORM frameworks

• Ability to integrate apps using JSON, XML, YAML

• Skilled in UI design, application deployment, and QA life cycles

• Familiarity with test-driven development, SDLC tools, and defect tracking systems
