🔧 Your Day-to-Day:

Design, develop & maintain scalable backend systems for enterprise use

Build ETL pipelines, EDI integrations, and streaming services (Kafka, Camel)

Optimize system performance, fix bugs, and drive best practices in code quality

Lead system documentation and technical walkthroughs

Collaborate across functions to meet milestones in agile transformation projects

Guide junior and mid-level devs through code reviews and mentoring
🎓 What You Bring to the Table:

Min. 5 years backend experience | 8+ years in Java required
-
Proficiency in NodeJS, .NET, Java, Golang (open to learning new stacks)
-
Experience with ESB, Kafka, Camel, ETL processes
-
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, CloudOps
-
Excellent communicator in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Bonus: QA automation, stress testing, enterprise analytics experience
