🎯 What You’ll Do:
💻 Application Development
🔹 Design, develop & maintain low-code apps using OutSystems
🔹 Translate business needs into technical solutions
🔹 Ensure high performance, scalability & maintainability
🔧 Customization & Integration
🔹 Tailor OutSystems platform to meet banking use cases
🔹 Integrate external systems (APIs, gateways, customer platforms)
🛠️ Code Quality & Standards
🔹 Write clean, efficient code & conduct code reviews
🔹 Follow best practices and optimize app performance
🧪 Testing & Debugging
🔹 Conduct unit/integration tests
🔹 Debug thoroughly & fix bugs efficiently
🤝 Collaboration & Agile Ceremonies
🔹 Work with BAs, PMs, and fellow devs in sprints
🔹 Join sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
🔹 Mentor junior developers
📚 Documentation & Continuous Improvement
🔹 Maintain technical docs & specs
🔹 Stay updated on platform improvements
🔹 Recommend process and platform enhancements
🧪 Testing & QA Support
🔹 Collaborate with QA teams
🔹 Support both manual and automated testing processes
🧠 What You’ll Need:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
💼 Experience:
🔸 5+ years in software development
🔸 3+ years using the OutSystems platform
🔸 Deep integration experience with APIs in banking/finance
🛠️ Technical Skills:
🔹 OutSystems (Web & Mobile – full stack)
🔹 HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
🔹 REST & SOAP API integration
🔹 Web Security: SQL injection, XSS handling
🔹 Agile/Scrum familiarity
🔹 Relational DBs (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle)
🌟 Soft Skills:
🧠 Analytical & detail-oriented
📢 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
🔄 Able to multitask & manage deadlines
🤝 Team player with independent drive
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
🏅 OutSystems certifications (e.g., Professional Developer)
☁️ Experience with AWS, Azure
🔄 DevOps knowledge is a plus
🧪 Familiar with QA/testing tools
📱 Experience with mobile banking, core systems, or digital payments
