We’re looking for a skilled Kotlin & Flutter Developer with a passion for full-stack mobile and backend architecture. You'll work on cloud-native microservices and cross-platform mobile apps, collaborating with product teams in a fast-paced Agile environment focused on delivering digital transformation in the insurance domain.
👨💻 Kotlin Developer Responsibilities:
🛠️ Design & develop backend services using Kotlin and Spring Boot WebFlux
📝 Produce technical documentation & align with System Development Guidelines
⏱️ Deliver clean code on schedule while meeting quality standards
🔄 Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams throughout the SDLC
🧪 Write unit tests, troubleshoot bugs, and manage version control
📊 Ensure high performance and maintainability of backend APIs
📱 Flutter Developer Responsibilities:
🧩 Build cross-platform apps in Flutter, ensuring performance on iOS & Android
🤝 Collaborate with design, backend, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery
🔍 Conduct PR reviews, provide mentorship, and manage feature rollouts
🚀 Maintain CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment toolsets
✍️ Share your work via blogs or internal documentation
💬 Provide expert-level input on mobile development & architecture decisions
✅ Job Requirements:
🎓 Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
☁️ Experience in cloud-native development & microservices architecture
🛡️ Exposure to DevSecOps practices and Agile delivery frameworks
📋 Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
🧠 Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently
🔧 Experience Required:
Kotlin Developer:
✔️ 4–6 years in Kotlin, Spring Boot WebFlux, and backend API development
Flutter Developer:
✔️ 3–5 years in Flutter development
✔️ iOS or Android native experience (preferably both)
