Job Description:
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven Quality Analyst to drive end-to-end software quality assurance across web applications in the banking industry.
In this role, you will handle test planning, test case development, functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, and system integration testing through both manual and automation testing.
You will work as part of a collaborative Scrum/Agile development team responsible for building new applications and improving existing ones to meet changing business and customer needs. You’ll also contribute to testing strategy, process improvement, and continuous product quality enhancement.
Your mission is simple: ensure business requirements are translated into reliable releases with fewer errors, fewer inconsistencies, and stronger user confidence.
Job Requirements:
Experience in test automation
Hands-on scripting with tools/languages such as Selenium, C#, JavaScript, or Typescript
Experience in manual testing, including Functional Test, SIT, and UAT
Experience in Frontend & Backend Testing
Strong skills in test planning, writing test cases, and functional testing
Experience in requirement gathering and analysis
Strong attention to detail with solid business logic and test coverage thinking
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environment
Good to have:
Experience with Jira or other test management tools
Experience building or maintaining test automation frameworks
Database query knowledge
ISTQB/ISEB certification or equivalent
Knowledge of Playwright
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and branch deployment for testing
Mindset for continuous improvement and optimization
