As a Developer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions by designing, coding, and enhancing components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of related experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate is recommended.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to improve software design and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support and guide colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze complex challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
