Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Service Delivery Manager to lead customer support operations, drive service excellence, and ensure committed SLA, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

You will own the support process, lead a technically capable team, manage escalations, and ensure fast resolution of customer-impacting issues. You will oversee daily support operations, enforce case management practices, improve service metrics, and continuously strengthen service quality, governance, and operational processes.

This role also requires you to analyse performance data, report business and customer impact, maintain documentation such as KEDB and KMDB, support certification initiatives, and build a strong career framework for the support team. You will work closely with internal teams and senior management to resolve risks early and maintain high service standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Singaporean or PR Holder
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • ITIL Foundation v3, v4, or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant service delivery experience
  • Strong networking background
  • Experience in a Lead or Delivery Management role within Networking
  • Operations experience or strong operational knowledge
  • Cisco skills
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Atlassian, or similar
  • Strong documentation, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong customer management and team management capability
  • Data-driven mindset with strong governance focus
  • Able to work under pressure and manage high-priority cases with urgency
  • Must be willing to support 24/7 when required

SAP EWM (Glass Manufacturing)-Permanent role

 Your Contribution

  • Responsible for the end-to-end support and functional development of SAP Warehouse Management (WM & EWM).
  • Accountable for the implementation of SAP WM/EWM and additional central IT warehouse solutions as part of international projects.
  • As an internal consultant, support SCHOTT's global operating business units in process consulting and optimization.
  • Alongside supply chain team, design the future warehouse management processes within the SCHOTT Group.
  • Responsibilities also include supporting business departments within SCHOTT's internationally operating IT team (Change and Incident management).
  • Conduct training sessions for SAP key users.

Your Profile
  • Direct experience in SAP EWM or WM module, preferably completed at least 1-2 full-cycle greenfield implementations
  • Hands on configuration and customizing knowledge in SAP EWM/WM, strong knowledge of MM technical objects, migration tools (LSMW, MASS, LTMC) and standard interfaces
  • Basic Knowledge of interfaces to adjacent modules, E.g. SD, WM, PP, FICO etc.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP TM processes is an advantage.
  • Distinct customer orientation with regards to delivering of IT services
  • Preferable debugging and ABAP knowledge
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Business-fluent English skills.
  • ITIL Processes, strong service orientation, excellent English oral/written communication skills, team player, independent and self-motivated.

SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant [Job ID:10362]

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP S/4HANA Finance processes across one or more of the following areas:
  • AP, AR, GL, Intercompany, Cash and Banking
  • Work closely with business users to understand finance requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Perform functional configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Support integration points between finance and other SAP modules where required
  • Assist with UAT, defect resolution, documentation, and user training
  • Participate in meetings with UK-based stakeholders when needed
  • Provide hands-on support during project delivery, rollout, support, or enhancement activities

Requirements

Working Hours 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Malaysia Time, Monday to Friday
