We’re on the lookout for an experienced Automation Test Lead to drive quality assurance through robust automation strategies and hands-on scripting. You'll lead a team of QA professionals and be instrumental in delivering high-performance, reliable applications through test automation using Python, Selenium, and Appium.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🧠 Lead QA Automation Projects:
• Develop and review automation test scripts using Python, Selenium, and Appium
• Assign tasks and manage testing activities within the QA team
• Troubleshoot blockers, provide technical support, and guide junior testers
📈 Functional & Performance Testing:
• Oversee functional, performance, and browser compatibility testing
• Ensure robust coverage and reporting for all automation activities
💬 Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain clear and concise communication with internal teams and clients
• Provide progress updates, risks, and solutions proactively
✅ Requirements:
💻 Hands-on experience in Python-based test automation
🌐 Expertise in Selenium for web testing and Appium for mobile automation
🔄 Familiarity with functional testing principles and performance testing tools
🌍 Experience in browser-based test validation
🧑🤝🧑 Proven experience leading or mentoring test teams
🗣️ Strong communication skills in English
