• Assist in daily DBA operations — backups, restores, performance tuning

• Support cloud-hosted environments on AWS or Azure

• Monitor database health, run diagnostics, and maintain uptime

• Participate in on-call rotations and handle production incidents

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Primary Skillset:

• 1–3 years of experience in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL

• Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Familiar with database backup/recovery and performance optimization

• Bonus: Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or similar

Secondary Skillset:

• Exposure to ITIL, change/incident management practices

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Prometheus

• Understanding of insurance applications or workflows is a plus
