🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform L3 support, troubleshooting, and RCA for digital banking platforms

• Write and optimize Unix Shell scripts for automation

• Maintain and enhance components in J2EE, React JS, Spring Boot, SQL

• Support CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments, and resolve release issues

• Generate performance reports and maintain issue resolution documentation

• Coordinate with L1/L2 teams, developers, and QA in an Agile environment

• Apply incident/problem management practices to ensure system stability

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on Shell scripting (HPUX, Linux, Solaris)

• Experience with J2EE, JSP, Spring Boot, WebLogic Portal

• Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle query optimization

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment automation

• Understanding of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps workflows

Good-to-Have Skills:

• TeamSite CMS (LSCS, LSDS) experience

• Knowledge of Spring Batch or Apache Camel (CXF)
