🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the design, development & delivery of Java-based applications
✅ Ensure code quality, adherence to Allianz standards & on-time delivery
✅ Mentor developers & review code to uphold best practices
✅ Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC)
✅ Collaborate across teams (UI/UX, backend, DevOps, stakeholders)
✅ Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation
✅ Stay up-to-date on new technologies to enhance system performance
✅ Perform feasibility studies & contribute to solution design
💼 What You Bring
🎓 Education:
-
Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
💻 Experience:
✔️ 7+ years in Java Web App Development (Financial/Insurance preferred)
✔️ 5+ years hands-on with Java Spring Boot, Angular, HTML5, CSS
✔️ Proven leadership in managing and mentoring dev teams
✔️ Strong in Java J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, Oracle
✔️ Experience with DevSecOps, Agile, and CI/CD using Maven
