📦 Transform Sales & Distribution with SAP SD Expertise
We’re looking for a results-driven SAP SD Consultant to join our implementation team, supporting large-scale ERP transformations with a focus on the Sales and Distribution module. If you’ve delivered at least two full-cycle SAP projects, enjoy hands-on configuration, and thrive in cross-functional environments — this is the role for you.
Candidates with plantation industry experience will be prioritized.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
🧠 Design & Blueprint
• Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshops
• Design “To-Be” business processes, identify gaps and solutions
• Document Blueprints, meeting minutes, and workshop outputs
🔧 Configuration & Testing
• Configure and unit test SAP SD in line with business needs
• Define conversion and cutover strategies, support trial conversions
• Develop RICEFW functional specifications and integration logic
🧪 Test & Train
• Create test scenarios and scripts for UAT
• Lead key user and end-user training
• Perform final cutover activities and post-implementation support
📋 Support & Documentation
• Define and maintain user roles and authorization profiles
• Monitor and manage data migration and conversion
• Assist with month-end closing activities
✅ What You Bring:
✔️ 2–5 years of SAP SD implementation experience
✔️ Delivered at least two full-cycle SAP projects
✔️ Strong configuration and business process knowledge in SD
✔️ Ability to create and manage RICEFW documentation
✔️ Experience working in cross-functional teams with business and IT
✔️ Bachelor’s degree preferred
✔️ Bonus: Experience in the plantation or manufacturing sector
