🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔄 Scrum Coaching & Facilitation:
• Lead and coach the Scrum team in Agile principles and practices
• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team

🤝 Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Teams, and business stakeholders
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all parties
• Help communicate and manage the product backlog and sprint priorities

🧩 Team Support & Delivery Enablement:
• Support technical implementation of user stories
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers and improve team performance
• Assist in optimizing backlog management and user story grooming

📈 Process Improvement:
• Implement Agile best practices to increase team velocity and efficiency
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance organizational Agile maturity

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
✔️ Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile project delivery
✔️ Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
✔️ Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
✔️ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product backlog management, and sprint execution

🔹 Utilize AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, EC2) for frontend deployments
🔹 Maintain performance, scalability & high availability

🔹 Lead Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), mentor junior devs, ensure code quality

🎯 What You Bring

✅ 6+ years frontend development experience
✅ Expert in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
✅ Proven leadership in driving delivery, mentoring devs, and setting standards
✅ Solid experience with Git, testing tools, and cloud-first frontend architecture
✅ Familiarity with CI/CD, GitLab, Docker (K8s is a plus!)
✅ Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional teams

⭐ Nice to Have

• GraphQL / RESTful API integration

• Redux, NgRx, or other state management tools

• AWS Lambda / Serverless experience

• Webpack, Babel, and modern build tools

• Understanding of frontend security: XSS, CSRF, etc.
