We’re seeking an experienced SAP QM Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team in Johor Bahru. If you’re passionate about quality assurance and have hands-on experience in SAP QM & MM modules, this role is your next big opportunity to drive transformation from the shop floor to strategic execution.
🎯 Job Description:
🔹 Lead end-to-end SAP QM configurations, ensuring seamless process flows
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality control and production integration
🔹 Perform full-cycle SAP implementations (minimum 2)
🔹 Troubleshoot, analyze and optimize system processes for quality assurance
🔹 Work closely with SAP MM module to support inventory, procurement, and material management workflows
🔹 Train end users, prepare documentation, and deliver ongoing SAP support
🔹 Support continuous improvement initiatives in line with manufacturing quality standards
✅ Job Requirements:
🧠 5+ years of hands-on SAP QM experience
🏭 Solid experience with SAP MM in the manufacturing industry
🔄 Proven expertise in end-to-end SAP configuration
🚀 Completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations
🗣️ Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
