🧭 What You’ll Own
As a Product Owner, you’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from feature ideation to user experience, technical validation, and go-live monitoring.
🔧 Key Responsibilities

Define digital product specs (features, flows, UI/UX, benefits, cost)

Conduct benchmarking, data analysis, and customer behavior insights
-
Oversee product development from inception to launch

Collaborate across departments: IT, Digital, Product, Ops, Compliance, Fraud, Legal & more
-
Drive UAT/SIT/PPC testing, validate FSD/prototypes, and ensure stable product rollout

Document BRDs, service requests, approvals, and feedback

Handle vendor management and issue resolution

Support product delivery, customer care, and post-launch stability
💼 What You Bring
🧠 Experience:
✔️ 3–5+ years in Product Ownership / Product Specialist roles
✔️ Digital banking or fintech platform knowledge
✔️ Strong grasp of UX/UI best practices, mobile registration flows
✔️ Experience leading IT/digital projects
✔️ Proficiency in data analysis & customer insight gathering
🔧 Tech Understanding:
