🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🧩 Project Lifecycle Ownership:
• Lead Blueprint workshops, gather requirements, and define “To-Be” processes
• Design and configure SAP FICO solutions, document all functional specs and configurations
• Conduct unit testing, UAT, data conversion trials, and go-live cutovers

🧠 Functional Design & Documentation:
• Prepare comprehensive Blueprint documents, meeting notes, test scripts, and training materials
• Create and validate RICEFW functional specifications
• Define and manage conversion strategy and templates

🧪 Testing & Go-Live Support:
• Conduct scenario-based testing and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Train key and end users, provide go-live and post-implementation support
• Participate in month-end closing activities and resolve operational issues

👥 Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Communicate clearly with business users, project managers, and technical teams

✅ Requirements:

💡 Own the Financial Data Migration in a Global SAP S/4HANA Transformation

We’re looking for a SAP S/4 Data Functional Expert – Finance (FICO) to join a regional SAP transformation team. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end finance data migration, aligning closely with technical and business teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of all financial data being transitioned into SAP S/4HANA.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

📦 ETL & Data Migration:
• Extract, transform, and load data from legacy finance systems into SAP S/4HANA
• Leverage tools like LTMC, LSMW, SAP BODS for accurate migration execution
• Ensure proper data mapping to S/4HANA structures

🔍 Data Validation & Testing:
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation
• Identify defects, perform UAT support, and ensure end-to-end validation of migrated data

🤝 Collaboration & Advisory:
• Align with functional delivery teams and regional data leads
• Recommend enhancements to improve data quality, structure, and accuracy
• Provide SME-level support across SAP FICO and related modules

📄 Documentation & Reporting:
