The Opportunity

You’ll support the parallel run between accounting systems and help prepare for go-live cutover — ensuring outputs match, variances are flagged, and finance operations stay stable.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform data entry into current accounting system MSGP and CRM Vector during parallel run

Support daily settlement process for MSGP during parallel run and before system go-live

Compare journal postings between MSGP and MDBC to ensure identical output

consolidate variances

highlight issues to project team

follow up until resolved

Support all parallel run and pre-go-live activities

Support go-live cutover preparation to the new financial system

Support project activities when needed (user requirements, UAT, etc.)

Drive process improvement and handle ad-hoc tasks from line manager
