🧩 Lead Aviation Supply Chain Operations Across Airframes & Global Networks
We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Supply Chain Lead to manage and optimize aviation support logistics, supplier management, customer operations, and technical coordination across fixed-wing and rotary-wing platforms. You’ll operate at the intersection of aircraft maintenance, logistics, airworthiness compliance, and customer project delivery in a dynamic aviation environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 Operational Supply Chain & Logistics
• Act as front-desk for customer support, order management, escalations, and SLA planning
• Manage global warehousing, customs, and transportation compliance
• Plan and monitor maintenance-aligned supply chain operations
• Ensure technical documentation and MIS data integrity
• Oversee repair shop workflows and spare/exchange management
• Handle supplier relationships, contracts, warranties, and performance delivery
• Respond to AOG events, quarantine logistics, and new EIS setups
👨🏭 Project & Team Leadership
• Coordinate technical support across MROs, OEMs, subcontractors, and operators
• Manage project scheduling, manpower planning, KPI delivery, and compliance
• Ensure effective site setup, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration
🎓 Internal Training & Knowledge Transfer
• Develop training content (LMS, quizzes, skill matrix)
• Mentor new recruits across the region and deliver in-house technical training
📦 Project Coordination & FHS Support
• Act as on-site consultant and project advisor
• Provide industrialization support for FHS (Flight Hour Services) programs
📈 Business Development & Client Engagement
• Support local/regional service innovation and solution development
• Prepare marketing materials, contribute to market analysis, and client interaction
• Build databases and assess customer expectations and trends
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
✔️ 5–7 years of aviation supply chain experience, with direct exposure to aircraft manufacturing, MRO, and component logistics
✔️ Hands-on experience with Part 145 regulations and airworthiness standards
✔️ Expertise in managing aircraft spares, tooling, chemicals, bulky equipment, and GSE logistics
✔️ Knowledge in OEM systems, technical documentation, drawings, and commercial processes
✔️ Experience with customer-facing roles and internal/external stakeholder engagement
✔️ Strong command of English – both verbal and technical writing
✔️ Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure in high-stakes environments
