🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BPM workflows using OpenText AppWorks
Write robust and efficient Java code for integration and business logic
Use SQL to manage, retrieve, and store data across workflows
Participate in SDLC phases: from design to deployment and support
Troubleshoot, test, and debug BPM applications and Java-based tools
Collaborate with BAs, PMs, and senior devs to meet solution requirements
Document code, workflows, and provide technical support as needed

✅ Who We're Looking For

Mandatory Skills:

3–5 years of Java development experience
Hands-on experience with OpenText AppWorks (required – not other OpenText tools)
Solid knowledge of SQL and BPM development tools
Comfortable working in Linux and Windows environments

Good-to-Have:

Familiarity with Shell Scripting (Bash, Perl)
Exposure to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes in banking
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

6–9 years in software development and workflow automation
