• Manage the defect life cycle, ensuring clear categorization, resolution, and documentation

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization

• Collaborate with development teams to align on testing and issue resolutions

✅ Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Experience with test management tools (HPQC or similar)

• Familiarity with AML documentation practices

• Strong knowledge of UAT workflows and defect management lifecycle

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze test results

• Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and business teams

• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Certifications in QA methodologies, testing tools, or process improvement

• Background in a software testing or development support environment
