Are you a data migration expert with a proven track record leading large-scale insurance transformation programs? This role is for an experienced Delivery Lead who can drive end-to-end migration strategy, execution, and delivery across a regional insurance platform. 🚀📊
🧭 Position Summary

Lead data migration analysis, strategy & planning

Collaborate with Data Owners, Business Teams, Architects, App Teams & Integration Leads
-
Design cost-effective, scalable, and reusable migration models
-
Drive full delivery lifecycle: source to target mapping, validation, testing & go-live
-
Communicate risks, progress, and solutions to stakeholders & program managers
-
Manage scope, resources, and timelines of the migration project
🎯 You’ll Excel With
🧠 Experience & Domain Knowledge:
✔️ 12+ years in IT, with at least 5+ years leading data migration projects
✔️ Hands-on delivery for Policy Admin Systems in Life Insurance domain
✔️ Strong understanding of Life Insurance operations (new business, policy servicing, claims, account & distribution management)
✔️ Familiar with insurance data models and interdependencies
🔧 Technical & Strategic Skills:

Regional delivery expertise with scalable architecture design

Strong knowledge of ETL tools, SQL, and hands-on troubleshooting with data engineers

Skilled in Data Mapping, Validation, Cleansing, Reconciliation, and Testing strategies

Strategic planning for go-live readiness and cutover
