🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Project Planning & Execution
🔹 Define objectives, deliverables, and risk plans
🔹 Track project performance & ensure stakeholder alignment
🔹 Ensure business expectations & timelines are met
🤝 Stakeholder Management
🔹 Be the go-to liaison for internal & external teams
🔹 Deliver clear, consistent communication throughout project lifecycle
🔹 Maintain strong client relationships & expectation management
👨💻 Collaboration with Devs & BAs
🔹 Align technical teams (especially Outsystems Developers) with business needs
🔹 Review and clarify business requirements with IT BAs
🔹 Prioritize tasks and remove blockers quickly
🛡️ Risk & Issue Management
🔹 Proactively identify risks & mitigation plans
🔹 Handle escalations and collaborate on resolutions
✅ Quality Assurance & UAT
🔹 Ensure QA processes are followed throughout the project
🔹 Coordinate and lead UAT phases with stakeholders
📄 Documentation & Reporting
🔹 Maintain detailed project docs and timelines
🔹 Provide regular updates to senior management
🌀 Agile & Scrum Facilitation
🔹 Lead Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning
🔹 Promote Agile mindset across cross-functional teams
📚 Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Business
💼 5+ years in IT project management (banking/finance preferred)
🏅 PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
💡 Experience with Outsystems or low-code platforms is a strong advantage
🧠 Technical Skills:
🛠️ Project Tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project
🔄 Agile: Scrum/Kanban, Confluence, iterative planning
✅ QA/Testing: Selenium, TestRail, JIRA
🏦 Domain: Core banking systems, digital payments, PCI-DSS/GDPR
🧩 Bonus: Version control (Git), Outsystems familiarity
