We are seeking a seasoned SAP HR Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP HCM, including Payroll configuration and S/4HANA implementation/support. This role involves both SI and AMS projects, requiring technical depth, business process improvement insights, and stakeholder management capabilities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
🧩 Deliver SAP HCM configurations including Payroll and cross-module integrations
🔍 Analyze and resolve incident tickets and provide enhancement solutions
📊 Support clients with S/4HANA HR modules and offer best practices
🔗 Collaborate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution & change delivery
🚀 Provide ideas to optimize HR business processes and systems
📅 Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
✅ Required Experience & Skills:
✔️ 4–7 years of total work experience, with 3–4 years in SAP HR (HCM)
✔️ Strong SAP HCM configuration skills, especially Payroll
✔️ Experience in S/4HANA environments
✔️ Cross-integration knowledge is a plus
✔️ Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Flexible for travel across Malaysia or APAC region
✔️ Able to work across SI and AMS project scopes
⭐ Bonus Qualifications:
🏅 SAP HCM certification
🎯 ITIL certification is an added advantage
📈 Experience juggling multiple tasks or parallel project deliverables
