Position: QA Engineer (Manual)
⏳ Experience: 4–6 years
🧩 Focus: Web + Mobile + API testing (manual-led)
What You’ll Be Doing
Execute QA strategies, frameworks, and best practices defined by QA leadership
Create advanced test plans for mid-to-large projects:
functional, non-functional, performance, usability
Build high-quality, reusable test cases for:
functional, regression, sanity, smoke
API, compatibility, system integration (mobile + web)
Manage defects end-to-end:
log, track, follow-through, analyze root causes, recommend improvements
Collaborate daily with devs, PMs, and stakeholders to embed quality across the lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement in process and tooling (feedback to QA leads)
Provide light mentorship to junior QA via knowledge sharing and best practices
What You Must Bring
✅ 4–6 years QA experience (manual)
✅ Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Engineering (or equivalent)
✅ Strong QA methodology knowledge + analytical thinking
✅ Strong defect management discipline
Tools & Knowledge (Shortlist Fast)
Tools: Jira, Zephyr, Postman
Nice-to-have exposure: Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Git, Jenkins
Familiarity with: BDD/TDD, CI/CD basics, performance/security testing basics
