The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for:
clean technical designs and documentation

guiding junior developers to produce quality output

Document technical design/specs aligned to business requirements and SDLC standards
Deliver application coding within project schedule
Ensure frontline development follows system development guidelines and standards
Maintain high quality to meet system specs and user requirements
Communicate constantly with team members, users, and vendors
Keep up with tech changes that impact the business environment
Monitor and guide junior developers’ deliverables and code quality
What You Must Bring
✅ Degree in CS/IT (or equivalent)
✅ 4+ years relevant experience and ability to guide/review junior developers
✅ Strong discipline in documentation, delivery, and SDLC quality
✅ Good English communication (written + verbal)
✅ Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
✅ Agile/SCRUM exposure
✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
