What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and execute automation tests for Web + Mobile

• Perform technical testing and contribute to stable, repeatable release quality

• Manage test execution, defects, and reporting with discipline (not guesswork)

• Work in Agile delivery cycles and align testing with SDLC standards

• Produce clear test evidence and reports that help teams fix faster

What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)

✅ 3–5 years experience in automation testing
✅ Strong analytical + logical skills
✅ Experience with Agile + SDLC
✅ Proficiency in technical testing
✅ Strong planning/time management
✅ Experience in test management + defect management
✅ Detail-oriented reporting (clear, precise, actionable)
✅ Tools exposure:

• Selenium

• Appium

• Sauce Labs

• Jira
  ✅ Excellent communication (written + verbal)
  ✅ Able to work independently
  ✅ Domain knowledge: General + Life Insurance
  ✅ Experience in Web and Mobile testing
