The Opportunity
You’ll analyze, design, and implement solutions across:
Data Analytics
Data Warehouse
Data Lake
Big Data
Data Governance
This is not “backroom coding.” You’ll work directly with customers and stakeholders — translating real business needs into deliverables that actually get used.
What You’ll Be Doing
Analyze, design, and implement analytics/data platform solutions (DWH, lake, governance)
Work with customers + project team members to define business and technical requirements
Translate requirements into deliverables and prioritization (no confusion, no rework)
Plan and execute projects end-to-end across the SDLC
Lead functional discussions and apply best practices (you’re not a note-taker)
Implement offsite (remote) and support onsite activities when required
Maintain and support new/existing customers
Manage customer expectations and keep delivery realistic and on track
Support presales: contribute to solution proposals/SOWs and presentations when needed
Keep learning: research and build relevant skills continuously
What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
✅ Diploma or higher in CS/IT/IS (or equivalent)
✅ 3+ years experience in Data Analytics / DWH / Data Lake / Big Data, client-facing
✅ Strong hands-on delivery track record
✅ Advanced SQL + Python (must)
✅ Strong logical and analytical thinking
✅ Adaptable, meticulous, independent, self-motivated, strong problem solver

✅ Linux/Unix operating environment experience
✅ ETL/ELT tools: Talend or similar
✅ Cloud Data Platforms: Snowflake or similar

✅ Java knowledge (plus)
