You’ll test insurance applications where quality isn’t negotiable. You’ll be measured on real QA outcomes:
defect leakage control
test case effectiveness
deliverable/execution rate meeting expectations
clear reporting that drives fixes fast
What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)
✅ 5+ years solid testing experience
✅ Strong analytical and logical skills
✅ Experience with Agile + SDLC
✅ Strong planning/time management
✅ Experience in test management + defect management
✅ Detail-oriented with clear, precise reporting
✅ Tools: Jira and exposure to SauceLabs
✅ Strong communication (written + verbal)
✅ Able to work independently
✅ Domain knowledge: General Insurance + Life Insurance
✅ API testing experience: Postman / SoapUI
✅ SQL knowledge and ability to query databases
✅ Proven QA metrics discipline:
defect leakage within expectations
test case effectiveness strong
execution/deliverable rate meets minimum expectation
