The Opportunity
You’ll own Apple endpoint management across a global estate:
keep devices compliant
patch vulnerabilities fast
enforce policies
reduce incidents
and keep audit teams off your back
This is high-responsibility work with real KPIs and SLAs.
What You’ll Be Doing
JAMF administration for Mac device management, user identity, endpoint protection
Microsoft Intune device management + policy configuration
Maintain security compliance (JAMF + Azure), ensure vulnerability patching and compliance targets
Build “evergreen” upgrade, vulnerability, and security processes
Troubleshoot complex issues:
macOS policy/security patches
laptop hardware/drivers/BIOS
Analyze logs to identify incidents and performance problems
Triage incidents with Service Delivery, IT Security, and desktop support
Escalate to third-party vendors (Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
Act as SME for macOS and ensure adherence to security standards
Maintain technical documentation and ensure EUC estate meets audit requirements
Manage onboarding of new users
Handle device lifecycle: enrolment, retire, wipe
Own SLA/KPI outcomes
