The Opportunity
You’ll own high-impact work inside Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) — where the decisions you design directly influence customer behavior and business outcomes.
You’ll work with:
NBA Designer + NBAD framework
Decision strategies, decision tables, propensity models
Adaptive + predictive modeling
Inbound / outbound decisioning
Request/response message patterns
Integrations via REST / SOAP / connectors
This is for someone who wants to be known as the person who makes CDH perform — not the person who “keeps the rules running.”
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and optimize Next Best Action strategies using NBA Designer + NBAD
Design advanced decisioning logic: decision strategies, decision tables, propensity models, adaptive experiences
Implement inbound/outbound decision flows + manage request/response messages
Translate business intent into working CDH logic with technical + non-technical stakeholders
Support integrations using REST, SOAP, connectors and best-practice patterns
Troubleshoot intelligently: root cause fast, improve performance, prevent repeat issues
What You Must Bring
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Pega CDH
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (or related)
CPDC/CDH certified
Strong hands-on experience in:
NBA Designer / NBAD framework
Adaptive + predictive models
Decision strategies, NBA, propensity models, decision tables
Personalized customer experience (adaptive model)
Inbound / outbound use cases + message handling
Integrations: REST / SOAP / connectors
Strong analytical problem-solving, able to work independently + in a team
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
