You’ll build Pega CDH + NBA design to create personalized customer experiences using:
NBA Designer + NBAD framework
Decision strategies, decision tables, propensity models
Adaptive + predictive modeling
Inbound / outbound decisioning
Request/response message patterns
Integrations via REST / SOAP / connectors

What You’ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)
Build and optimize Next Best Action strategies using NBA Designer + NBAD
Design decisioning logic across decision strategies, decision tables, propensity models, adaptive experiences
Implement inbound/outbound decision flows + handle request/response messaging
Translate business intent into CDH execution with technical + non-technical stakeholders
Support integrations using REST, SOAP, connectors + best-practice patterns
Troubleshoot fast: root cause, performance improvement, prevention
What You Must Bring
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Pega CDH
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (or related)
CPDC/CDH certified
Strong hands-on capability in:
NBA Designer / NBAD framework
Adaptive + predictive model strategy
Decision strategying, propensity models, decision tables
Personalized customer experience (adaptive model)
Inbound/outbound use cases + message handling
Integration exposure (REST/SOAP/connectors)
Strong analytical thinking + problem-solving
