The Opportunity
You’ll lead delivery and decisioning execution in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), building and guiding NBA strategy and personalization across channels.
You’ll work hands-on with:
NBA Designer + NBAD framework
Decision strategies, decision tables, propensity models
Adaptive + predictive modeling
Inbound / outbound decisioning
Request/response message patterns
REST / SOAP / connectors integrations
Strong understanding of Pega CDH + BPM platform capabilities
This role is for someone who wants to be known as the person who turns CDH into a business weapon — not just “the Pega guy.”
What You’ll Be Doing (Lead Scope)
Lead and drive Next Best Action strategy design using NBA Designer + NBAD
Architect decisioning logic using decision strategies, propensity models, decision tables, adaptive experiences
Own inbound/outbound decision flows + manage request/response patterns
Translate business intent into CDH logic with technical + non-technical stakeholders
Guide integration patterns and delivery using REST / SOAP / connectors
Troubleshoot with speed and discipline: root cause → performance uplift → prevention
Set standards, mentor, and raise the quality bar across CDH workstreams
What You Must Bring
Minimum 12 years relevant experience in Pega CDH
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (or related)
CPDC/CDH certified
Proven hands-on strength in:
NBA Designer / NBAD framework
Adaptive + predictive models
Decision strategies, propensity models, decision tables
Personalized customer experience (adaptive model)
Inbound / outbound use cases + message handling
Integrations: REST / SOAP / connectors
Strong analytical problem-solving (works independently + leads teams)
Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders
