We are looking for a Junior QA Tester with strong manual testing skills and basic performance testing exposure using JMeter. This role is ideal for candidates who want to grow their QA career in a structured Agile environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing (functional, regression, system, UAT)
Design and execute test cases and test scenarios
Execute basic performance testing using JMeter
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using test management tools
Validate application behavior against business and technical requirements
Support regression cycles and release testing
Prepare and maintain test documentation (test cases, reports)
Work closely with developers and project teams to ensure quality delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies and testing discussions
🧠 Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Manual Testing
Basic hands-on experience with JMeter (performance testing)
Good understanding of STLC and defect lifecycle
Familiarity with test case creation and execution
Exposure to API testing (Postman is a plus)
Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
Good communication and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and grow in QA & performance testing
