The Opportunity
You’ll drive awareness, adoption, and competency development of digital banking capabilities — with a specific focus on Islamic BaaS — across designated chapters and the wider organization.
This role touches almost every function in the bank. You need more than a “textbook” approach. You need judgment, influence, and execution.
Key Accountabilities (What You’ll Own)
1) Drive adoption of BaaS competencies
Conduct readiness assessments
Identify knowledge gaps
Facilitate specialized BaaS workshops
Outcome: Chapter members can support BaaS deployment smoothly
Challenge: Rapidly evolving BaaS practices + limited member availability + uneven competency levels
2) BaaS Playbook Management
Execute change initiatives using established playbooks
Capture lessons learned from deployments
Refine templates and change tools
Outcome: A living repository of best practices for scalable execution
Challenge: Balancing playbook consistency with agile adjustments
3) Competency Development
Design learning paths and upskilling plans
Coordinate with SMEs
Monitor training progress and capability uplift
Outcome: A high-performance chapter with specialized BaaS expertise
Challenge: Daily workload competing with learning time
What You Must Bring
6–10 years in Change Management / Org Development / Product Owner / Transformation roles within financial services
3–5 years experience in transformation projects, preferably practicing Agile
Strong capability in:
Change Architecture (structured methodologies to move people from current → future state)
Training & Facilitation (technical + non-technical audiences)
Stakeholder Management (influence senior leadership + cross-functional teams)
Strategic Communication (make complex digital concepts like BaaS simple + compelling)
Empathy & Resilience (navigate resistance, stay solution-focused under pressure)
