The Opportunity
You’ll lead medium to large-scale IT projects from inception through full lifecycle:
planning + governance
risk/issue management
quality control + testing coordination
vendor and financial management
reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
closure, sign-off, and post-closure completion (payments/training)
This is not “ceremony PM.” This is delivery PM.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
End-to-End Project Delivery
Manage full implementation: planning, risk, quality, vendors, finances, resourcing
Oversee deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
Report to stakeholders: status, risks/issues, spend vs budget, resourcing, timelines
Advise on IT governance processes and propose IT/system improvements
Resolve business + technical problems with practical alternatives
Cross-Functional Management
Work closely with BA, Dev, QA, Infra, Delivery teams (and vendors) to deliver scope/budget/time
Develop and improve PM methods, tools, standards, and execution processes across the org
Project Planning & Controls
Build and manage project work plans aligned to deliverables (including vendor plans)
Plan testing, data migration, deployment, and training with dependencies mapped
Establish project teams and run governance meetings (kickoff / working committee / steering)
Maintain full documentation: changes, minutes, approvals, sign-offs
Track and report metrics like RTM and DRE (from defect logs/testing)
Delivery, Closure, and Governance
Ensure risks are identified early and mitigated throughout delivery
Manage inter-dependencies and interfaces across multiple projects
Complete closure pack: performance scorecards (project + vendor), appraisals, repository uploads
Coordinate final review and sign-offs (SoW, BRD, FSD, test plans/cases, etc.)
What You Must Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / IT (or equivalent)
Certification: PMP or PRINCE2 (plus Agile/Scrum certification is a strong advantage)
8+ years PM experience with 4+ years relevant industry exposure
Proven delivery of medium/large scale projects across full lifecycle
Strong with PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project)
