💥 What You Will OWN (No Excuses, Just Delivery):

1️⃣ Onsite Production Support for Finance Operations

You’re the lifeline for AR/AP/GL issues:

• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize live finance transactions

• Guide users through day-to-day finance operations

• Ensure accounting, posting, receipts, payments, and reconciliations run smoothly

2️⃣ Ticket Ownership & ITIL-Based Support

• Work on issues raised by end users

• Prioritize & close tickets quickly, accurately, and professionally

• Prevent recurring issues with proper root-cause fixes

3️⃣ Tech + Functional Expertise (Dual Role)

You can:

• Debug using SQL/PLSQL

• Modify forms & OAF components

• Build & tune reports

• Interpret finance processes & functional logic

• Bridge gaps between users, IT, and finance leadership

4️⃣ Functional Mastery in Finance Modules

Be the expert business depends on.

• Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Accounts Payable (AP)

• General Ledger (GL)

• Plus additional exposure to Order Management + Inventory

🎯 Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 finance support

• Deep understanding of AR/AP/GL processes

• Technical proficiency in:
  ✔ SQL / PL/SQL
  ✔ Forms

  ✔ Reports

• Strong business communication & client interaction skills

• Ability to solve problems while under pressure
