📌 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in discrete manufacturing, contract manufacturing environments, and Greenfield implementation on RISE with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end SAP implementation programs and is highly skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder project environments.
🎯 Key Requirements

5–10 years of hands-on SAP project management experience

Successfully delivered at least 3 full cycle SAP implementation projects
-
Experience in Discrete Manufacturing (must-have)

Strong exposure to RISE with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations

Experience working in contract manufacturing environments

Bachelor’s degree preferred

PMP certification is an added advantage
-
Experience in plantation industry is a plus

📝 Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery

Manage full project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of SAP implementations

Ensure all project goals, scope, timelines, and budgets are met

Lead and coordinate project teams across modules and platforms
-
Handle all project governance, reporting, documentation, and tracking
Stakeholder & Team Management
-
Engage confidently with senior management and key business stakeholders
-
Build and lead high-performing teams with strong collaboration and trust
-
Resolve team conflicts, performance issues, and escalations effectively
-
Deliver high-quality executive presentations and status updates
Project Governance & Control
-
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and KPIs
-
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
-
Manage change requests (CR) related to scope, timeline, or resources
-
Ensure alignment with SAP implementation standards and business objectives
Solution & Technical Oversight
-
Provide guidance on SAP project governance and template governance
-
Drive system migration, Fiori enablement, and data conversion activities
-
Conduct cost-benefit analysis (CBA) for selected business processes
-
Operate with minimal supervision across medium-to-large scale projects
