💥 What You’ll Own (And Be Accountable For):
1️⃣ Production Support – Onsite at Customer Location (Penang)
You are the frontline.

Support daily warehouse & shipping operations

Resolve issues quickly to prevent workflow disruption

Keep business users productive and informed
-
Act as subject-matter expert for warehouse + supply chain processes
2️⃣ Resolve Tickets & Keep Operations Flowing

Work on ITIL-based tickets raised by end users
-
Prioritize, troubleshoot, resolve, and close issues with accuracy
-
Ensure continuity of order management, inventory, and warehouse operations
3️⃣ Business Guidance & Real-Time Problem Solving

Advise warehouse teams on system behavior, errors, and process gaps

Provide clear solutions—not vague suggestions

Maintain operational uptime and reduce friction across shipping processes
