We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect / Business Analyst to drive automation, efficiency, and digital transformation for enterprise clients using the full power of the ServiceNow Platform.

What You’ll Do (And Lead):

• Work directly with customers to research, design, and deliver solutions that transform IT and business operations.

• Architect and optimize ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, and Automation.

• Conduct design workshops with cross-functional teams to shape platform adoption and user experience.

• Build prototypes and demo instances to showcase innovative solutions.

• Evaluate new ServiceNow releases and upgrades for platform compatibility and enhancement opportunities.

• Design CMDB structures, discovery jobs, orchestration flows, and automation workflows.

• Support pre-sales, RFPs, and RFIs, helping clients understand ServiceNow’s business impact.

• Mentor and guide junior consultants in design, configuration, and delivery excellence.

• Collaborate across teams to ensure ServiceNow aligns with enterprise architecture and IT strategy.

You’ll Fit If You…

• Have 10+ years in IT with deep hands-on ServiceNow architecture and design experience.

• Can translate business needs into clear, scalable platform solutions.

• Understand key integration technologies (SSO, SAML, REST, SOAP, LDAP, JSON, JDBC, etc.).

• Communicate like a consultant — confident with stakeholders from operations to C-suite.

• Are energized by automation, innovation, and measurable business results.
