What You’ll Do (And Own):

Configure SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, PT) to match customer needs while ensuring best practices.

Design, implement, and support complex HR processes within SAP environments.

Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance — including support package upgrades and change management.

Work with third-party integrations (e.g., Time, Taleo) and trace data flow across connected systems.

Stay current on SAP HCM upgrades and innovations to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Partner with customers to refine processes and ensure adoption of best practices.
You’ll Fit If You…

Have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT).

Know HR processes inside out — and can connect technology to real-world business needs.

Understand data flow and system associations within SAP HR.

Communicate clearly with clients, translating complexity into clarity.

Are proactive about continuous learning and helping clients evolve.

(Bonus) Hold certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or have experience conducting discovery sessions and process design workshops.
