We’re hiring a ServiceNow & Dynatrace Engineer to drive proactive monitoring, analytics, and incident prevention across enterprise-scale systems.
What You’ll Do (And Own):

Detect incidents early and act fast using Dynatrace dashboards and custom analytics.

Build, configure, and manage dashboards in ServiceNow GRC / IRM, ITOM, CMDB, and Operator Workspace.

Perform reporting, knowledge management, and event correlation across complex infrastructure.

Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to analyze user impact and system performance.
-
Work with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, Nimsoft, or Redgate (advantage).

Handle basic troubleshooting on Windows and Unix systems — scripting, logs, and command-line work.

Manage batch monitoring and issue resolution via Autosys.

Support AWS/Azure access management — roles, permissions, and console-level tasks.

Write and execute SQL queries to analyze data and validate system health.

Apply DevOps best practices to streamline incident, problem, and change management.
You’ll Fit If You…

Have 6–8 years of IT operations and monitoring experience.

Are hands-on with Dynatrace and ServiceNow GRC / IRM.
-
Understand application architecture and infrastructure well enough to diagnose real impact.

Communicate clearly and lead incident calls confidently.

Hold certifications or working knowledge in AWS / Azure and ServiceNow Admin / Fundamentals.

Have an automation-first, DevOps mindset.
