We’re hiring a Network Administrator – SAM/ITAM Specialist to lead enterprise-level Software Asset Management across our ServiceNow platform — from lifecycle design to compliance, automation, and cost optimization.

What You’ll Do (And Own):

• Design, implement, and configure the ServiceNow SAM Pro module for full software lifecycle management.

• Manage software assets end-to-end — from request to deployment, optimization, and retirement.

• Integrate SAM with ITAM and other ServiceNow modules to ensure unified asset visibility.

• Automate key processes: license harvesting, reclamation, compliance checks, and renewals.

• Conduct regular software compliance audits and create actionable remediation plans.

• Optimize licensing models and costs across vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and SAP.

• Maintain data integrity across SAM, CMDB, and Discovery modules.

• Build dashboards and reports that track compliance, utilization, and ROI.

• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Vendors to align asset strategy with business goals.

You’ll Fit If You…

• Have 6–8 years of IT asset management experience with deep ServiceNow expertise.

• Know SAM Pro and ITAM principles like the back of your hand.

• Understand complex software license models and vendor compliance.

• Have a process mindset and a passion for automation and optimization.

• Communicate clearly, manage stakeholders, and solve problems with precision.

• (Bonus) Hold ITIL certification and strong ServiceNow customization experience.
