What You’ll Do (And Own):

Configure, implement, and troubleshoot Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs).

Manage end-to-end installation and rollout of new Aruba wireless hardware.

Handle technical issues from detection to resolution — fast.

Administer Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) for secure access and authentication.

Identify and execute wireless performance improvements and optimizations.

Operate in a 24x7 production environment, ensuring stable, secure, and high-performing wireless service.

Balance multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
You’ll Fit If You…

Have 4–6 years of experience in network security and wireless administration.

Are hands-on with Aruba WLCs, APs, and ClearPass.

Thrive in dynamic, high-availability environments.

Are ready for 24x7 shift operations and quick response support.

Hold (or plan to earn) certifications in Aruba Wireless, Cisco Wireless, or ITIL.
