We’re looking for an AWS Database Developer who can turn data into a scalable engine for innovation. In this role, you’ll architect and build high-performance data pipelines, automate cloud workflows, and deliver production-ready Python solutions across AWS environments.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-level and detailed technical solutions based on business requirements.

Collaborate with architects, technical leads, and business stakeholders to validate solution designs.

Estimate effort, define timelines, and support Agile delivery.

Contribute to test strategy, automation, and quality assurance.

Build and optimize data pipelines using AWS data services (Glue, Lambda, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation, etc.).

Enable continuous integration and delivery using DevOps and CI/CD tools.

Review code and support the end-to-end implementation of data-driven applications.

Proactively identify technical challenges, propose solutions, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ 4–6 years of IT experience with 2+ years in AWS data engineering and Python programming.
✔ Proficiency in Python OOP, PyTest, modular development, and working with APIs and databases.
✔ Expertise in AWS Data Services:
- Glue ETL, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, SNS, SQS, RDS, Redshift, Kinesis, CloudFormation, CloudWatch.
✔ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Experience working in Agile environments and distributed teams.
