We’re looking for a Network Administrator who’s more than just an infrastructure specialist — someone who thrives at the intersection of VMware, cloud automation, and hybrid environments.
If you’ve mastered vSphere, AWS, and Azure, and can translate complex architectures into seamless automated deployments, this is your chance to engineer cloud ecosystems that scale intelligently.
⚙️ What You’ll Do
-
Lead end-to-end automation of virtual machines and cloud provisioning across VMware, AWS, and Azure.

Design and manage blueprints, lifecycle policies, and custom workflows using vRealize Automation (vRA).
-
Develop REST/SOAP integrations and orchestrate API-driven multi-cloud automation.

Manage and optimize ESXi hosts, vCenter, HA/DRS clusters, and resource pools.
-
Automate vSphere and vCenter operations with PowerShell cmdlets.
-
Implement and maintain AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, EKS, API Gateway).

Design Azure deployments using ARM templates, AKS, App Services, Automation Accounts, and Azure Monitor.

Build cross-cloud workflows and hybrid integrations between vRA, AWS, and Azure.

Configure infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps.

Manage CI/CD pipelines, container builds, and cluster deployments (Helm, Kubernetes).
-
Establish robust monitoring and observability using vROps, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, and Azure Monitor.

Secure cloud environments through IAM policies, encryption, and secrets management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).

Oversee network connectivity (VPCs, VNets, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).

Drive cost optimization, FinOps, and capacity planning across hybrid infrastructure.
🧠 What You Bring
✔ 10+ years of deep experience in network administration and cloud infrastructure automation.
✔ Mastery in VMware technologies — vSphere, vCenter, vRealize Automation (vRA), and vROps.
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in AWS and Azure cloud services.
✔ Proficient in PowerShell, REST APIs, and scripting (Windows/Linux).
✔ Experienced in IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
✔ Familiar with Kubernetes administration, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps workflows.
✔ Strong understanding of monitoring, alerting, and hybrid network design.
✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to drive multi-functional collaboration.
